The feeder system for tile presses requires controlled sieving to prevent large aggregated particles caused by humidity passing on to the mould, or others that may alter the evenness of the pressed tile. In low production presses (for special pieces or others), a circular sieve is normally installed under the feeder expansion hopper.
Sieves of this type are highly versatile depending on the type and position of the vibrators (electromagnetic types or with exocentric mass), which as a result of their small size mean they can be installed in reduced spaces, for example in previously existing installations.
The electromagnetic vibrators are mounted with a special fabric which thanks to the granulometry obtained are especially useful for very fine materials, such as tiles, face brick, etc.

2. Independent regulation of vibration heads for improved equipment operation adjustment. Regulation of the sieve frames to find the best position for each type of product.
3. Possibility of installing special brushes that keep the sieves constantly clean, increasing the efficiency of the automatic programmed sieving/cleaning process.
4. Possibility of installing heating elements to improve performance with products with humidity content.
5. Possibility of connecting the sieve with the general dust aspiration system, to achieve a cleaner workplace.
6. Robust structure that does not transmit vibrations, with wide gates for controlling and changing grilles.
7. Models with 3, 6 and 9 vibrators depending on the capacity required.
